Cable to conect Laptop to S5 using IBH-Softec

I Attached the cables that I'm using.
The software that I'm trying to connect with S5 is IBHsoftec

So you bought the TTY cable from me? but you did not buy our USB cable?... I am sure the TTY cable is good so do you have another USB adapter?

One other thing... I know that they had a limitation on the software, the demo would work fine but not connect to the PLC, are you using a demo or trial version?

Hi everyone my problem was that , the usb adapter that I was trying before is not correct.

Thanks to geniusintraining who recomend me the correct adapter. After that I connected to S5 with IBHSOFTEC so easy.
