CCW Document Generator does not print tag names

Has anyone seen this? Am I missing something?


See the images below: the image on the left is from CCW; the image on the right is from a PDF generated by CCW's Document generator (the MSWord .docx has the same issue).


Is there some configuration setting where I changed my printed font color to the same as the background?
