Configuration of MVI46 on Redundant SLC500 system

Can anybody help me to configure the MVI46 module on a redundant SLC system.

i have two redundant SLC 5/05 processor which are having 2 BSN modules. now my configuration asks to add MVI46 on the system.

how can i add two modbus module on the system?
how can i have the switch over?
which one should i configure as Master & Slave?

i have to poll another modbus module of seimens.
seimens would be slave & AB would be Master. but i have 2 MVI46.

MVI46 will only be monitoring parameters of seimens.
