Connection between Modicon M340 and Magelis XBTGT 2000 SeriesXB

Hi,
I download my target with USB cable and everything is ok but I am trying to connect a plc and HMI through internet switch but something is wrong.The error on the screen is "No reply to PLC......". Can anybody give me some advice how to solve that problem?
