I am doing a topic about religion in the industrial discharge roll. with the software I use is. rslogix5000 plc controller of Rockwell Automation company, and inthe subject I use two inverters PowerFlex 700s, 2 encoder for feedback to the controller with encoder resolution is 1024 pulses / rev. Two 3-phase motors, one for the book, onefor exhaust. I see the problem here is that I used to read the pulse inverterpowerFlex700s encoder rslogix5000 then used to read the value from the variable frequency feedback, via datalink. value of the encoder feedback on which plc read fromthe drive is internal validity (internal value) datalink is the 32bit word. shooter could help me convert this internal value of the real value of the encoder. My second question is can you help me about the shooter PIDE function to control stability for two coils and the engine exhaust. hi hien. i am doing a project same you. i use one pannelview 600 and one compactlogix 1769-l32e , one powerflex 700s , 1 motor 3-phase ,one encoder for feedback to controller with encoder resolution is 2500 pulses /rev. can you share me some document support ?
