Controllogix contoller Goes in Fault Mode

o_O still can't seem to get the handle on the smileys means not serious bit.

If I manage to move to NZ, which is on my agenda, hope I don't mmet up and upset you in a bar somewhere ;) <= I can see me being the first one.

:D

Now, regarding the error As it is just showing Faulted in RSlogix section by just cliking it goes to to run Mode.

Before going with Siemens, just try to open Controller Properties and select Major Fault tab.
I will say in plain English why PLC stopped.

Seen this before

I have seen this before, but it has been a really long time. If memory serves me correctly, it has something to do with the controller going into run mode before all the I/O is identified as being ok. Somewhere there is a checkbox where this is selected to cause a major fault. I had to uncheck this box, but I cannot remember exactly where it was. This is all assuming that your error is exactly the same as what I was experiencing, and that my memory is perfect. The odds of both being true is slim. Good luck.

If Russ is correct then

Right click each IO Module and check the Properties Dialog Box
