Normally I would use
1756-L61, 1756-CNB2, 1756-ENBT, 1756-RM
for a ControlLogix Redundancy System

However the customer does not want ControlNet
and wants Ethernet IO, but wants the IO separately from the
HMI Lan. Any Ideas on how to do this not using a backup channel on the HMI OPC

If I understand your needs, it sounds like you just need an Ethernet I/O network and another Ethernet HMI Network.

Your HMI will simply have a shortcut that points to the IP of the Primary chassis. On failover the IP's swap and your HMI is now connected to the other chassis. You will have to have 2 Ethernet cards in each chassis.

I think you have to use EN2T's though. Verify in the manual.

I do not see an issue, or I do not understand the question.
