Conversion 1400e to 1500 plus 7

Multistate object
used to use a tag that looked at bit 13,14 and 15
and set that to an analog max value of 1+2+4 = 7
Can no longer so that in PanelView Plus so I tried

Expression for multistate object...
(Maintenance\N32_3 & -8192) / 256
So it should isolate bit 13,14 and 15 and move them to
position 0,1 and 2.
I have something incorrect,
Hopefully someone has a solution
(I can not change the PLC code)
