Converting FTV ME Alarms to SE Tags

Is there any quick way of doing this? I have a bunch of ME alarms I have to transfer over to an SE project. I have exported the alarms out of ME and it looks like I'd have to do a bunch of rearranging in Excel before SE will allow me to import the tags.

Does anybody do this some other way I'm not seeing?
