Do I need some driver or additional SW to run it ?

PS: I already have PC adapter and I need CP5512 to connect to HMI panels. And imho, the PC adapter is a real junk, maybe useful for maintenance to debug some machine once a year.

Yes, you will need drivers... for 400.00 it should come with the drivers

You can use the same drivers as for the real Siemens CP5512 card. You can just add it in the PG/PC interface.
