CTC Parker P1 touch screen display

P11-314DR touch screen displays the upper left corner of the Interact software as if it is identified as a much bigger screen.
Can't figure out what to change. Help!

The P11 is a quarter VGA screen. When it boots up, you will only see a quarter of the full DOS screen. However, once interact and your project load, you should see the whole screen. Unless your project is designed as full screen, then it will not scale down to the quarter size HMI.

Are you creating a project or trying to get something you already have to work?

A very common problem.

In the Project tree, highlight the Application Manager Folder, then Settings menu:Application, then General tab and select resolution (320x240.

P1 display problem solved

Yes! I checked the Interact Application Settings. I had set the screen resolution to 320x240 but the Start Up Mode box was hung up in Program Mode. After toggling between screen resolutions the Start Up Mode set itself to run for the 320x240 selection.

Everything is fine now. Thank you for the help.
