CU250S-2DP not in hardware catalog of step7 v5.5

G120 CU250S-2DP does not appear in the hardware catalog of the simatic manager step7 v5.5. I upgraded to sp4, I did hardware updates, but still not showing. What can I do? Thank you

i did import it but no result. the scout is version V4.3.1.1, could this be a problem?

Yep. That's important to mention
Scout 4.3 doesn't support cu250s

Even though this shows the DriveES version- you can still install a standard CU250s gsd and use Starter to configure drive.

any Starter version will work? or we have to go for Starter v4.4?

For firmware 4.7 use Starter 4.4.
I use DriveES with Starter 4.3. But I use fw 4.6 in cu250s
