Danfoss Fc302

Im working with Danfoss fc302, i got a simple problem inyet icant fixed it, can you help me, we had several drive in our project, to be able locate the particular drive, im using "start/stop wink drive", the problem icant manage to turn-it OFF im using mct10 software.. can you tell what the problem of this?

You can't turn off the wink?
Or what do you mean exactly?

sorry for the delayed response, i cant turn off the wink, even i already press the stop wink drive,..
thanks a lot for the response ive recticfied already i just turn-it down all main supply..thanks a lot.
