Danfoss VLT 2800 error 16 help please.

Hi all,
I am having a problem with 3 VLT 2800 drivers. All are showing on occasion error 16. I know that this points to short circuit on the motor, but motors have been megged, no problems found. Has anyone experienced similar situation? Any advice would be greatly appreciated. Thanks in advance!
