Downloading to a Panelview 600

I'm new to this, and I'm trying to download a program to a Panelview 600 I've got Panelbuilder 32, a 1747 UIC and it's connected to the 600 with a 1747-C10 ser b cable. When trying to download it comes up error 2258. I think I've got all my settings correct, just wondering if I've got the right cable - should it be a 1747-C13? I'm replacing a faulty panelview and I'm just using the comm cable that's on it.
