also i would look into how long version 7 will be supported by wonderware. But im assuming you require Intouch 7 for a reason.

Hey, I'm getting ready to buy two more runtime keys for v7.1 as there is no sense in upgrading the system I did in 10 years ago.

A 60K tag count, run-time only license will cost about $6K USD. A development license (that includes run-time), IIRC, about $10K USD.

I think they have lower cost, where you get lower tag count.
