Which is part of the reason we didn't buy it....

My earlier post was obviously "tongue-in-cheek".

The sad reality is that you potentially purchased a $1.8 million dollar machine that was poorly documented. Seems to me your company needs a big guy with a gold tooth as contract administrator.

No wonder so many problems occur when OEM's (many of them, not all) try to get away with substandard information and documentation.
