Enabling blocks in Omron Syswin

I am trying to re-arrange a long ladder diagram in an Omron CQM1 plc into seperate blocks for clarity using Syswin 3.4

Problem is that only the outputs in the first block (Main Block) are enabled and the outputs in all other blocks are off

Can anyone explain how to enable all the blocks and make them active at the same time, as in the original ladder diagram

I have not used Syswin before and any help would be much appreciated

Make sure that the end statement is in the last block.
