eplan error s013010

I just got eplan, and start creating my first project, when i tried to enter a page name i get the message:
"the specified value is invalid,
due to the current rights management settings you cannot
enter texts that are not in the dictionary"

error code is s013010, I searched on the internet, but only result i
got is this topic, with someone having te same problem, but no solution
was given (http://www.plctalk.net/qanda/showthread.php?t=78015)

please help me, i need this software urgent for my work
