Errorr 31 on Panelview 550

I have an error31 on PV 550, can somebody help me how to fix it?

Did you look up what the error refers to in the Manual?

If this error shows up while the unit is booting up then see picture below.

To Mickey : Thank you very much for the image related to my issue.
According to that image, error 31 is Stuck key test. My real concern is how to fix 'stuck key test'. Can anybody help me please.

Well I'd first press all the buttons multiple times. see if it can fix that. then maybe you need a new keypad... Not sure what else you.can do?
