Evaluate Dint to bit level?

Does anyone know how to do this logic in Contrologix?

A single bit in a DINT is selected by Dint.x where x is 0 to 31. I think all the other operations are available.

The NEQ will not work with Bools this is why I'm asking if there is another way to do this. This logic only allows one Bool selection at a time and works quite well in a slc..

Create 'B21', 'B22' etc as DINTs, not BOOL arrays. All your logic will work.
