Fanuc robot alarm 6.

Hi guys,
Our Fanuc robot R-30iA showing alarm 6. We don't know what meaning of alarm 6. Now
Simatic Micromaster PC showing SF fault and HMI screen showing profibus network fault.we are not sure where is problem.Micromaster defective or Fanuc controller defective.
Kindly see attachment.
Please guide me.
