Firmware Cmore Touch screen

Need some serious help here please

I am trying to update the firmware on an EA7-T8C cmore touch screen and I continually get the error-ptc009 firmware update failed. I have researched and found one forum that said I get that because of how many updates are being sent to the device and advised update the firmware via a USB drive but I cannot find the information on how to to that exactly.. Any help would be greatly appreciated...

I am trying to update to 2.78 sp1

I was finally able to get the firmware updated. I reset the device back to factory defaults and then found a reference to using a USB drive to restore the program and it also mentioned how to update firmware..

What version OS are you running on your PC?
