Hi All,
I new to this GE VersaMax Profibus DP Slave.
I don't how to start it. How to do the configuration, mapping?
In this project was used CPU001 + IC200BEM002 + 32 Input Module + 16 Output Module.

I just need to share all the Input & Output signal from VersaMax CPU001 to the PC (SCADA).

Can anyone help me?

I already read this Manual GFK-1534.
But i still not understand how to define the address in the IC200BEM002 properties.
How to do the %I and %Q mapping with the addressing?

The configuration is done in the Hardware configuration portion of Proficy Machine Edition software for Remote I/O or one can use the 'defaults' as described in the manual.
The first Input is %I1 the second is %I2 etc. up to %I32
The first Output is %Q1 the second output is %Q2 and so on up to %Q16
Yours may begin at different address but they are sequential from first to last.
What else do you need to know?

I used 32 Input Points (%I1 - %I32) module and 16 Output points (%Q1 - %Q16)
At the proporties of IC200BEM002, the "Status Area Address" in "Settings Section" was shown "%I00001". At the "Input Data Area" --- Area Number = 1, Data Type= Byte, Length = 1, Reference Address = %I0001. At the "Output Data Area" --- Area Number = 1, Data Type = Byte, Length = 1, Reference Address = %Q0001.

There will some errors & warning shown up when do the Validate the program.

%I and %Q are usually used as bits not bytes.
What is the Error number? or just click it in the 'Feedback' window and view its definition in the 'Companion' window of Proficey ME.

The error as below shown:-

Error 8304: Fatal overlap %I00001 - %I00008 [Rack 0, Slot 1, Input Data Area:1:Reference Address:'%I00001 - %I00008']

These are from PME's online Help (To be efficient, you should spend a little time learning how to use PME.)
Error 8304:
Possible Solutions
If module configurations have overlapping reference address mappings, edit the module parameters to correct the overlap.

If the error is the result of a reference address overlap between a module and an EGD exchange, edit the reference address and/or length either for the module or for the EGD exchange.

If the error is the result of a symbolic variable or I/O variable overlap between a module and an EGD exchange, edit either the module or the EGD exchange.

If an offset in a consumed exchange is mapped to a function block input parameter, replace the parameter with a valid variable.

To enable input reference address overlaps, for example, when setting up redundancy modules, set the following HWC option to Warn: Input Reference Overlap. Use this setting with caution.

Error 8300
:

Possible Solutions
Configure the module parameters. For example, correct an invalid range entry or reference address overlap, or enter a valid number or block name.

If the error is the result of a reference address overlap between a module and an Ethernet Global Data (EGD) exchange, you can edit the reference address and/or length either for the module or for the EGD exchange.

Replace the module with itself.

Caution: You may need to reconfigure the module.

I also not so understand. If 1st slot is IC200BEM002, 2nd slot is Input Module (I0001-I00016) and 3rd slot is Output Module (Q0001 - Q00016). How do I configure the I/O seting in IC200BEM002 and how to do the I/O mapping between physical I/O with BEM002? I know how to use PME, but i don't understanding with the I/O address mapping in Profibus.

The system is trying to tell you that the CPU is using one or more of those addresses for something else. In the IC200BEM002 change the configuration of where the Profibus puts its first 2 bytes of Input data and Output data to a different Address. Once an address is selected that will work it will turn from "Red" to "Black" in the hardware configuration area.
Then you can program using those Addresses.
