Hardware Problem? Help please.

Hi guys, i just got my hands on a siemens s7-200 226 cpu (code 6ES7 216-2AD23-0XB0), dc/dc/dc now i tryed to power it up by plugin in the +24v dc to the L+ and the -24V dc to the M, but it does not even light up, but on the input sides the L+ and M, there is an output of 24v.
I am i forgeting something?
