Help! SLC505-rslinx-ethernet problem

Thanks guys, I have Cisco managed switches. I have checked the ports that connect to the SLC's and the link has auto-negotiated to 10MB and there are absolutely no errors reported on these ports, no CRC, no collisions etc.
