how can Duplicate a new mmc card?

Hi, all,
I have a S7-300 sysytem use mmc128kb(6es7953-8lg11-0aa0). I want clone the MMC card as spearpart.

How can i duplicate this card?
I haven't Step 7 and extenal programer.
Thanks...

how to clone it use external programer?
