Here is a modified version of Machine 1 remove from list, so even if machine 1 is not first in the queue it is deleted out of which ever location it is in.
Note: you do not need the oneshot pulse low as by using the NOT of the sensor and it is in at least one of the queue words it resets the bin in q bit so acts as a oneshot anyway this does the same thing, you would need to do this on the other machines logic for deleting the machine number.
