HP Printer disappears from panelview printer list

Hello All,

I have HP printer that is connected a PV + Series B via ethernet.
I am using the print screen function to print a page/report. The printer supports IPP and works most of the time. Several times now the printer disappears from the printer list in the PV after a machine power cycle. The PDF printer is there. Sometimes I can get it to reappear by random combinations of power cycling the printer and PV or changing the IP address on the printer.
Anyone have any ideas. I searched the Tech Connect docs but Rockwell doesn't seem to have a lot to say regarding printers.

Is this a PVP7 performance Series B and v12?

If so, try updating it to v13 & 12.106.
