IWS 7.0 never even supported Windows 10. I think Win 11 would be a pretty big stretch and I wouldn't trust it. 10+ year old software on modern OS, often doesn't go well.
You'd have to upgrade all the way to AVEVA Edge 2020 R2 SP2 (formerly Indusoft) for Windows 11 to be officially supported.
