Integrator vs End User Pricing

I like the fact that I can purchase & integrate AB components in Detroit (MCNaughton McKay territory), intall them in Kokomo IN (Kirby Risk territory) and the support is seamless. This can be very important when you're trying to debug a machine that is holding up production. But I don't expect it to come free. Its factored in to my burden rate.
