Intouch Fault Logging Problem

Hello everyone,

I have been pulling my hair out with this strange problem.

I have intouch 5.0 running on many machines on our production floor. Just recently we have decided to perform fault logging to create a database of fault occurances. I have enabled fault logging on the machines through:

Special -> Configure -> Alarm Logging, in windowmaker.

We would like the log files to only be held for 30 days, and this has been specified in the settings. However, regardless of the number of days specified, log files are only held for 2 days unless 0 days are selected. I do not want to manually delete the files and use 0 days (this keeps logs indefinately) selection as this would require a full time job in itself.

Any help on this matter would be appreciated.

Thanks,
Zeus_eng
