invalid point_type error in the cimplicity workbench

hellow
in our site we are using cimplicity cascade and after we creat a new point in the workbench,
all the points in point branch are disappear, and an error with invalid point_type: appears.
in the hmi all the points are working and alive but in the workbench all the points disappear.

p.s
the points in the device branch not disappear only in the point branch
