Yes - Engineering Zero Scale =100% and Engineering Full Scale = 0%

Yes....if the tag will let you use a higher "raw" number to reference a lower "engineering" unit and a lower "raw" number to reference an upper "engineering" unit.
"Raw" is from RTU and "Engineering" is how it is shown and logged in Citech.
