Kinetix 5100 I/O mode issues

Hello everyone, I need help with kinetix 5100, I can’t control it over Ethernet/ip.
When I’m trying to enable drive with MSO it returns error 100(drive not ready)
Rslogic version 32, aop added.
Drive revision is 2.003
AIO added as instructions note specify
In rslogic Drive configured to work in data mode, rslogic sees it with no errors
Drive configured for I/O mode
Motor tunned and can move from drive software
When I send reset command , it completes well.
Any ideas?

Does it have a enable input on the 5100 and is it powered?

Kinetix 5100

I am setting up a Kinetix 5100 and am trying to configure the Ethernet connection to a compactlogix 5380
I have added my AOPs, and I have the drives set for I/O Operation Mode, but keep getting a Sts_ERR 100 (Drive Is not Ready).

Has anybody solved this? Thank you
