l35E PLC not communicating with zebra printer

Hi All

I'm trying to connect two zebra printers to th PLC through Ethernet. I can ping the Printer through my laptop connected to the private network but the plc shows error on the printers. I can also print labels to both printers throught network. any suggestions. thanks in advance
