You can find these on google or do a search here for recommendations. I use Primo PDF. Install the pdf printer. Then print the ladder file and when the print box pops up change the printer to the pdf printer you have just installed.

Then you can print from your PLC programming software, select the PDF printer, and it will create a PDF file containing the PLC program report.
