I have a Logix 5000 V20.01 that has some FBD routines. One has me scratching my head due to my limited experience with FBD. Mostly real numbers are used and a subtract block is not performing as expected. To be more specific, 2.3195827 - 2.3197153 is jumping from 0.0 to 1.32560730e-004
The 1.32560730e-004 is mostly displayed and intermittently flashes to 0.0

I've read some about how real numbers are stored in computer memory versus how they are displayed. Very confusing but very interesting also. I'm wondering if this is what I may be experiencing? Basically the end result is causing intermittent issues with the machine.
I've included a pic with a red framed area of issue.

Can you change the totalizer number for example from 99000 to 106000? I have tried to manually do this but it reverts back to original number.
