Hi..
I'm new to this forum and site, so I hope I've posted this thread in the right place.

I have a customer who has a Matsushita AFP3220CEM plc which appears to have stopped working.

I would like to interrogate the program and check that all is well, but I don't have a program that is compatible with it - and unfortunately I'm not getting much help from Panasonic.

Does anybody know what the program is that I need and if it is still available where can I get it from?

Any assistance would be greatly appreciated.

Thanks in advance...
