Hi,

I can't connect to a Rockwell Micro850 using Connected Components Workbench (CCW) 12.00.

- I can ping the PLC
- I can flash the PLC (from 10 to 12)
- I can "see" it in CCW's Connection Browser, both via USB and via Ethernet (that's how I found the IP address, 168.254.228.4)

However, when I click on "Connect", nothing happens.

PLC Hardware:
- 2080-LC50-24QBB
- Slot 0 empty
- 2080-TC2
- 2080-TC2
- OW16 Expansion I/O

The PLC, the laptop and a Micro HMI are connected to a simple unmanaged Ethernet switch.

We tried a different laptop that had CCW 10 in it (we flashed the PLC back to 10), with the same result.

Any suggestions?

Thank you

I had the same problem. Call support on Monday. There is a .dll file in the wrong place.
For two weeks those guys told me it was my fault.
