micrologix 1500 1764-lsp needs key switch turned for run

Good morning Everyone, I replaced a micrologix 1500 1764-lsp processor this morning and downloaded the program, but when I try to put the processor in run it ask me to turn the keyswitch and there is no keyswitch on it. I loaded the exact program that was in the one that went out. can someone tell me what is going on Please.

On the left side of the Processor is a small hatch door with a toggle switch inside that will put the PLC in Program Remote or Run.
