Battery is bad. Broke + terminal removing battery.

Does this unit have an EEPROM available for it?

Currently we have to reload program every time power is cycled.

I assume I can get by without a battery as long as I have an EEPROM?

Thanks

I saw the memory module but it does not show an EEPROM.

Can the memory module we used that way? I thought it JUST expanded available program memory space?

The existing battery is bad, and the method of connection to the PLC board is broken.

I did attach leads to a new battery and plan to try and attach it to the board.

I also found a used PLC to install if the battery trick fails.

The EEPROM is inside the module.

The memory module can only be used to backup your program.

See chapter 6 for more on this procedure.
