MP277 Data Log calculation

Hi All
I am trying to get a consistent historical trend length for all my MP277.
I have several MP277 in use with similar settings 5 -10 data logs 10 segments and 1 second update time. But the trend length varies some hours and some days. Can anybody tell me how to set them up to give me the maximum time for the trend (days)
