Need hard copy of SLC-5/02 Program

Without RSLogix 500 Software and im unable to open this RSS file. Downloaded and installed the free version of RSLogix Micro from Rockwells website but it wouldnt open the file.
Would some good soul please see if they can open this and post back a copy in PDF?
