New to Siemens LOGO- Having a difficult time downloading LOGO software

Good Morning ,

I'm new to the Siemens LOGO software. Have any of you had a problem downloading this Software from the Siemens website ? I have the Firewall turned off. It did say it needed JAVA installed . I installed that on one computer and turned the Firewall off and still get errors.

Thanks . The project that the integrator gave me has an extension of .lld has an error , with no description . What would cause that ? I did download the demo , would that cause that ? I guess it would , correct ?
