No S7 connection to CP343-1 in netpro

I cannot get any connection to the PLC via the CP343-1 ethernet interface in Netpro.
I can ping the CP card, but there is no connection.
Any reasons why?
 
What are you trying to achieve ?
Tell us all the relevant details about the PLC, the CP343-1, the communication partner, and the connection between the two.
