O.T. Knockout punches

Does anyone know a source of double D knockout punches??
I need need dia (0.634" round) x (0.540" flat sides)
The Greenlee catalog smallest size is 0.769" x 0.642"

this is for an Amphenol antenna bulk head
Spoke with Ampenol and they were not much help.
