I am relatively new to PLCs and very noob on Omron although I ended up trying to get one working.
I am trying to get my hioki measurement device to get hooked up with CJ1M-CPU22 via scu41-v1 (rs-232). When I start a send/receive sequence and trace the communication, I see that the value I am trying to receive is there but I when I transfer the data from my PLC, It seems it does not write the data where it is supposed to write. To identify the problem i added a 'set' function to the same rung. It seems although I see the bit set to 1 while monitoring, I cant seem to change it in the PLC. The bit is still 0.
I am attaching the files. I appreciate it if someone can help. It sure is a simple problem.
