Omron PLC Trouble

I am using Omron sysmec plc & it cant work & show indication Memory Error. pls Tell me what should i can do remedy.

how about some details? for example:
- what plc
- what software (CX Programmer, LSS...?) and version
- what cable
- what steps do you do
etc.
