Online cross reference freezing Rslogix 50

Hi all,

I have a program running on Rslogix 500 and whenever I try to do online cross reference, it freezes the program. I have to close RSlogix 500 down and open it again. Offline cross referencing works fine but I am never being able to do it online.

Any ideas why that would be?
